ill-fitting screw Explanation: Como dicen mis colegas, "tornillo desgastado/robado" se traduciría normalmente "worn screw" (o "bolt", según el caso). Sin embargo, según la descripción aquí, no es ése el problema, sino que el agujero u orificio es demasiado ancho para el tornillo, de modo que éste baila y la rosca no agarra bien. No se trata, en realidad, de un tornillo desgastado o robado, aunque el defecto se clasifique así. Así pues, aunque no sea realmente el sentido literal del término que ellos utilizan, creo que la expresión adecuada aquí es "ill-fitting screw", es decir, que el tornillo no se ajusta bien al orificio. La misma expresión vale también para un tornillo demasiado largo.
