Explanation:
This is what they call it in the sports centre I attend (UK). From the name in Spanish I assume is the same one. It is done by relaxing the hands and move them quickly up and down tapping the area to be massaged as if they were typing. The fingers remain relaxed and do not actually move.
It is very pleasant and relaxing
