What do we think: off-white, dirty white, yellowish white, whitish yellow, or pale yellow? European Spanish to UK English please. Thank you in advance for your input!

pastel yellow / cream

Explanation:
&btnG...or simply light yellow but not dirty white as that would be white mixed with brown and be a more 'beige' colour.

The colour 'cream' is a very very light yellow almost white and used to describe paints, clothes etc.

have a look at the wikipedia definition which names 'pastel color' as basically the combination of a colour with white (which would suit your 'colores bigenerados' context above)

a tint is the mixture of a color with white (also called a pastel color) ,

The nomenclature of the colors is very specific in the context. I wouldn't reverse it to "yelowish white"
