Explanation:
'bouncy hair' sounds sort of silly --as if, when it falls, it will bounce like a rubber ball... This variant is just as intrinsically silly but maybe the formulation avoids the "boing!-boing!" pogo-stick association, and the image is of a single, flouncy bounce. Too many bounces and something is definitely suspicious about that shampoo.
