Several underlying techniques are commonly used in choreography for two or more dancers:
Mirroring - facing each other and doing the same
Retrograde - performing a sequence of moves in reverse order

I agree with Phil that "movimiento en canon" refers to the feet, since it says: Aquí comenzamos a introducir la coreografía.

I agree; if there is access to a visual reference that could probably answer it. I'd say in this context, if it is indeed referring to a camera movement, it would probably be a pan (or a truck as a second-best guess).

I assume it's the feet that are making this movement, rather than the camera.
I initially thought "cannon", but that's "cañón". "Canon" means "canon" or "fee" or "tax", though it could be a mistake for "cañón".

Do you know what the "referencia" is? If this is a storyboard, does it have any visuals?
