Spanish term or phrase: Título Universitario Oficial Español- Licenciado
Academic transcript for an open university in Spain. This section appears before the details of the course and breakdown of marks, I am assuming it is there to justify how the student gained access to the course, and I interpret this as the student already having gained a degree in 2004/2005.

Spanish University Degree - Bachelor (of Arts of Science)

Explanation:

Official Spanish University Degree - Bachelor

Explanation:
In Spain there are official and university-specific degrees. The official degrees (bachelor's, master's, PhD) have the endorsement of the university which grants them and the recognition of the State. These studies are subjected to a full evaluation process that guarantees their quality and their inclusion in the RUCT (Registry of Universities, Centres and Qualifications, RUCT for its Spanish acronym). University-specific degrees are backed and endorsed by the prestige of the university (or the training centre) granting them.

Example sentence(s):
  • In Spain there are official and university-specific degrees.
