Thank you all so much for your help. I believe I will use patinba's version, I did read somewhere that Argentinians tend to say the opposite like no, meaning yes, so this makes sense. Thanks again!

Exactamente, por lo menos en México.
¡Qué nivel! = ¡Ningún nivel! = ¡Cero a la izquierda!

I usually hear ¡Que nivel! used sarcastically to mean the exact opposite. Perhaps the translation could be "What a jerk! The woman next door can't get by, she can't get out, he parked right up aganst her door.

Hi Helena, I am not Argentine, but have been living here for 35 years and agree with the notes for the expression Que Nivel!. The next phrase is really odd, it may be that the audio translation is incorrect. For this I would probably write something like, "This neighbor is a total loss, she never goes anywhere and she put the driveway in front of the door to her house" Something like a complaint about the neighbor who has bad taste, is unremarkable and designed the entrance to her house with a driveway in the front door.
