Dit niet-universitaire onderwijs omvat opleidingen van korte duur. Dit type onderwijs wordt afgesloten met de Título de Técnico Medio of de Título de Técnico Superior." Técnico is niet altijd wat wij een technicus zouden noemen, je kunt bijvoorbeeld ook 'técnico medio en música' worden, maar in de zin uit de vraag gaat het zo te zien wel over een vakopleiding.
