Yes - you are right - but the text I have is as above which, as you say, isn't brilliant :) I just had to adapt it - intervenčný sklad appears to be intervention storage place and skladovateľ is variously translated as 'storekeeper' or 'storer'

42 (e) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009

(e) it indicates the price in euro tendered per unit of measure, rounded to no more than two decimal places, exclusive of VAT, for the product loaded onto the means of transport in the case of cereals and rice or delivered to the loading-bay of the storage place for the other products;
e) uvádza cenu v eurách ponúkanú za jednotku, zaokrúhlenú maximálne na dve desatinné miesta, bez DPH, za výrobok naložený na dopravný prostriedok v prípade obilnín a ryže alebo za výrobok dodaný na vykladaciu rampu skladu v prípade ostatných výrobkov;

I won't comment on the English but the Slovak is perfect.

The English isn't much better: '[FCO] for the product loaded onto the means of transport at the storekeeper's intervention storage place' (all from the relevant Regulation) - but they aren't renowned for their literary prowess ...

As I said, FCO means that transport costs are included in the price.
“naložený dopravný prostriedok” refers to the last point which the seller is responsible for.

but how does it fit into the context? Dodacia parita pre predaj je stanovená "franco (prepravné náklady sú zahrnuté v cene)" naložený dopravný prostriedok v intervenčnom sklade skladovateľa

fco is a Czech and Slovak abbreviation of „franco". And it means that freight (transport costs) are included in the price.

I don't know why this has been changed around, as the query is from Slovak into English, but there we go ... the next thing is fitting it into a sentence - so "DAF (if that is what it is) for the product loaded onto the means of transport" - the second half comes from 42 (e) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009
