Dodacia parita pre predaj je stanovená FCO naložený dopravný prostriedok v intervenčnom sklade skladovateľa

I have found 'franco' - I believe that is what the FCO refers to - but what does that actually mean? I don't think it is used in English, at least I can't find any references. Thanks for any suggestions!

Explanation:
I think this is meant by FCO (franco).

fco is a Czech and Slovak abbreaviation of franco (believe it or not)

...and it means that freight (transport costs) are included in the price. I do not think it means anything else, such as other Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAF, etc..)

franco means "vyplaceně", so other possible translations are: free of freight, prepaid, expenses covered, etc.
