Explanation:
Depends on context. If it's a list of speakers, 'Dr' might be enough. If this is for a CV, I might try to go for 'RNDr (doctor of natural sciences, equivalent to MSc)'. The easiest way out is to skip the title entirely, but then, the guy shoiuld not see it :-)

agree  Gerry Vickers: I usually just put Dr. if any form of Dr is in the title, otherwise miss out things like Ing., Mgr., CSc., etc. In common English usage such titles are not used regularly - in fact it looks worse, if anything!
