Slovak term or phrase: nalomne chrupavky a stresovej fissury zlomeniny
A medical report concerning a knee injury:

MRI kolne posk menisku med -3, natrhnutie LCA PL nalomne chrupavky a stresovey fissury zloneniny

(I take it the last word should be 'zlomeniny').
This text presents a few difficulties: typos, missing diacritics, the occasional Latin word thrown in ungrammatically :(

'LCA' - I take this to be the anterior cruciate ligament.
'PL' - in this context, I think it means 'posterolateral'.

After that, I'm lost. How does it all hang together?

Explanation:
this is the best I can make out of it - and probably you will also :-) But this is approx. for 95% sure what this poet in white frock meant - probably already under stress an partially broken himself when writing it:-)

Thanks! This certainly helps - though in the end it seems best to keep the word 'infraction' (in its strictly medical sense).
