Move towards the legs, move forward Explanation: The first one says, Move your pelvis towards your legs. The other one says, move your pelvis forward (towards your head) and - this is implied - push your back up. You might find a better wording though. |

press into the floor, move down Explanation: "Pod" in "podsadiť" indicates "under", "moving down". In the first instance it means that the pelvis should be pressed into or touch the floor as some people would find it natural/comfortable to keep it slightly above the ground. In the second instance it means that the pelvis should be moving down (as the back is arching upward). In step 1 "zväčšujte brucho" means that the spine and stomach is moved in the opposite direction towards the floor (while the head and pelvis are moved up).
