"There are four tests done on legs to reveal paresis in the pyramidal tract. Drop to mat in Mingazzini position Explanation: Mingazziny test is part of neurological examination where patient is supposed to hold his hands or legs in specified position for 30 seconds. If they sink test is positive. In this case it may be very important to keep target a little bit closer to source or use past tense.
