Apologies for putting so much Latin here, but this is Latin as used in a Slovak discharge report!

I'm guessing how all this hangs together, so I'd be glad if someone with good medical knowledge could help to clarify it.

Perhaps there should be a comma after 'retinae'.

If there is a recognised term 'hypertonia sclerae oculi', that would simplify things!
The nearest I have got to it when searching is 'hypertonia oculi'.
