Slovak term or phrase: z int. hl. perspektívna ...
From a discharge summary:

Inak z int. hl. perspektívna nastavenie na p.o. antikoagulačnú liečbu inak pokračovať v liečbe.

I can't see how this hangs together.

English translation:perspective from the internal medicine point of view
Explanation:
I think you are missing comas there. "Inak, z interného hľadiska perspektívna, nastavenie na pooperačnú antikoagulačnú liečbu, inak pokračovať v liečbe.
"Otherwise, perspective from the internal medicine point of view, set for postoperative anticoagulation therapy, continue with treatment." Not quite sure.

I think it refers to something else in your text. Maybe treatment, patient ... The treatment can be perspective, or the patient (her treatment, if female) ...

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks for the suggestion. I took p.o. to be perorálna - but generally I think it's something on these lines. There's a grammatical point that bothering me: isn't perspektívna an adjective that should be agreeing with something - but isn't?
