Explanation:
Sure about TrP meaning trigger points (see link below). CC has a couple of dozen definitions in my dictionaries of medical abbreviations, but corpus callosum fits with the neurological part of the examination.

Asker: Thank you, that's useful. Because they have mentioned the SI, Th and C and L parts of the spine, I'm still thinking in terms of C-C meaning something to do with the spine, so I'm now inclined to think it's 'cervicocranial'.
