Dieťa po OP sec.McKay bilat. ... začalo chodiť, ortoped. obuv, rehabilitácia, napriek th. recidiva PEC p.l.dx. Indikované k reOP sec.McKay.

Perhaps there is more Latin than Slovak here. My main problems are with "th." and "PEC".

p.l.dx - right foot/leg?

Further down the page: PEC p.l.dx recid.

I think it means something simple like 'congenital clubfoot' - but it sounds much more impressive in Latin.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Many thanks, Gerry. On the next page it says 'Talipes equinovarus', so it is clubfoot.

agree  Stuart Hoskins: Good work, Gerry. I'd probably translate "Pes equinovarus congenitus" - the Latin seems to be confined to German and Slavonic texts (and translations thereof into English)

-> Thanks! I usually leave this stuff in Latin, except sometimes for l.dx or l.sin or n. (nervus) - most/all medical professionals should understand, and after all, we are not asked to do a Latin translation :)
