That's it. Doc never use too many words in their reports. It could also be: Diaphrgam, sinuses clear. FRC ok.

Asker: Thanks. Any ideas why it's bránice not bránica? Is this just a mistake?

Asker: In general terms, you're confirming what I'm thinking. Essentially they're saying that these sinuses are clear. More specifically, they're saying that they're clear "at FRC" (which refers to the amount of air in the lungs).

neutral  Prokop Vantuch: I would suggest the same, but I am not sure at all whether it makes any sense. "Sinuses clear" makes sense (it even has some Google hits), it's just the FRC abbreviation there that doesn't make any sense to me.

  -> Thanks for the tip with "sinus". Never crossed my mind it would be the same as in English, even though I always got blocked sinuses myself in London.

Asker: Thanks. I believe these are the sinuses in question. You have given me yet another version of the adjective, which I've seen in the forms "costophrenic" and "costodiaphragmatic". This has come up as a ProZ question before, in other language pairs.
