Hodnotenie kvality výučby je v podmienkach slovenského školstva problematické. Jedným zo spôsobov je použitie priameho hodnotenia zo strany nadriadených. V tomto príspevku sa však zaoberáme problematikou hodnotenia kvality výučby zo strany študentov prostredníctvom merania miery ich spokojnosti. Pod kvalitou výučby chápeme celkový prístup učiteľa k danému cvičeniu (prednáške). Pritom dochádza k problémom, kedy učitelia s pozitívnym prístupom k študentom, vyžadujúci však podobný prístup aj od svojich študentov bývajú hodnotení slabšími študentmi negatívne, čo skresľuje tento výsledok. Naproti tomu učitelia, ktorí vyžadujú iba minimálnu úroveň prípravy, môžu byť hodnotení pozitívnejšie. Preto v tomto príspevku sa snažíme definovať model, ktorý by pomohol odstrániť takto definovaný nedostatok.
