Registratúra (podľa KSSJ - registratúra -y -túr ž. kartotéka úr. spisov) nie je len archivácia. Je to oveľa širší pojem zahrňujúci oveľa viac, najmä v dnešnom svete elektronických dokumentov a ich zálohovania, uchovávania, archivácie, likvidácie a podobne.

records - to nie sú len - záznamy ako také. To je takmer všetko, čo je nejakým spôsobom zaznamenané, to je spisy, dokumenty, emaily...

a ak by išlo len o dokumenty, tak to možno nahradiť týmto - documents retention rules

Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rules of Administrative Procedure, atd., analogicky Rules of Archiving Proc.) je zavedený právny úzus (právnikmi a súdnymi prekladateľmi) na vyjadrenie českoslov. reálií, kt. vždy nemusia mať paralelu vo svete, na webe stačí hľadať len "archiving procedures", ten "poriadok/rules/code" sú naše reálie.

neutral  Slavomir BELIS: Až na to, že to v takej forme nemá na webe ani jediný výsledok, čo je trochu čudné, keďže registratúrny poriadok alebo niečo podobné sa používa takmer vo všetkých normálnych krajinách sveta a môže to mať niekoľko názvov, ale takýto názov nikde nie je.

neutral  Milada Major: toto je ok na uchovávanie záznamov, registratúru upravuje Zák. č. 395/2002, nie je to uchovávanie záznamov, ale samotné uchovávané záznamy, či je "registratúrny poriadok" možné interpretovať ako "poriadok pre uchov. zázn." by mohol povedať právnik

  -> Nie je to uchovávanie záznamov? Ale potom to nemôže byť ani Archiving. Ale aj tak, retention, to nie je len samotný akt uchovávania, ale to je všetko, čo s tým súvisí. Pozri so dobre tú definíciu, ktorú som tam nakopíroval.
