Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / zmluva o uzavreti buducej kupnej zmluvy
Slovak term or phrase: list vlastnictva
Now, what??? Drzat sa slovenskych prekladov, ci vychadzat z anglosaskych realii?

Title

Explanation:
neviem pre ktoru krajinu prekladate a tak (opat) za USA;
"The People's Law Dictionary" a ako aj vlastnik domu, pozemku prisluchajucim k domu.

" Title is a legal concept while deed of trust is a real estate document.
The word "title" is a legal term refers to the rights of ownership, which are recognized and protected by the law. These rights include exclusive use, possession and conveyance; conveyance is the transfer of ownership of the real estate from one party to another party. When a person buys a home from the current owner, she/he receives a deed, a legal document that proves real estate ownership. Once she/he has the deed, she has title to the real estate.
Dalej > Deed of trust - a deed of trust, DESPITE the use of the word "deed" is NOT proof of clear ownership or title. Some states (California), use a deed for trust to secure a home LOAN instead of a MORGAGE ".

udivuje ma ze pouzivate Title Deed(s)

len na okraj; vzhladom na debatu... za stat MI vlastnik automobilu dostane do ruk "Certificate of Title", kt. vystavi Secretary of State".

neutral  Nathaniel2: 'title' is vlastnictvo, 'deed' is the list, hence 'title deed': Title deeds are documents showing ownership, as well as rights, obligations, or mortgages on the property. So I'm not sure what your 'udiv' is about :)

Title deed

Explanation:
