Slovak term or phrase: za oneskorenie v čiastky
"V prípade nedodržania platby bude Predávajúci oprávnený bez ohľadu na ostatně práva účtovat' úroky za oneskorenie v čiastky 5 % za rok nad úrokovú sadzbu NBS..."

Does this phrase mean '(charge interest on) unpaid portions of invoices'? I don't understand what the 'v ciastky' means.... Perhaps this is from Czech, originally?

Finance just isn't my cup of tea. I would much rather get a text about a man walking a dog.

for late payment in amount of
Explanation:
"... za oneskorenie v čiastky ..." is typing error. It should be "... v čiastke .... ". So whole sentence is: " ... to charge default interests for late payment in amount of 5% per year above the interest rate of NBS ... "

Thank you. 'v ciaste' was the real problem. I see it means simply 'amount' and has nothing to do with 'installment' or 'partial' or 'portion'...
