I don't understand this and have never seen 'dielcich' before... Can anyone explain the sentence?

dielčí = čiastkový, čiastočný. Zrejme ide o bohemizmus t.j. výraz prebratý z češtiny (dílčí).

This helped the most. Sense as I understood it in the end is as I noted -- partial orders come under the same contract rules...However, 'applying an order' makes no sense to me. You can fulfill and order -- but you can't apply an order unless you are a servant of the state, a sheriff or a bailiff... This 'order' is different.

Asker: Then is this wrong?: "The purchaser buys goods listed in Addition 6.1 from the seller, fulfilling partial orders also under the terms of this contract." It still makes little sense. It would make sense if the clause stated simply that partial orders are to be fulfilled according to the contract terms...
