it says that everything necessary has been done with the document and after doing so the case is considered to be closed
e.g. Slovenska sporitelna, one of the largest Slovak banks had a "likvidačné oddelenie" or "oddelenie likvidatúry" in the past. After bank´s privatisation its new CEO at the time, Ms. Regina Ovesny-Straka (coming from Austria) asked her reports - what are we doing at that department? Do we liquidate our clients there? :-)
