skladné číslo Explanation: If related to shipping and or sending goods, export/import documents, the best bet is your: skladné číslo If in UK, you would go with ,,parcel number,, If in US, you would go with ,,shipment number,, Hope this helps. It would help to share the context. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 days (2015-06-29 17:05:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- No problem, I was born in Czechoslovakia, in 1975. I am gonna looked at mine birth certificate and also I have some that I have translated for other people so I will see and let you know if you still needed. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 days (2015-06-29 17:36:30 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Asker, I have reviewed birth certificates from Czechoslovakia from years: 1944, 1951, 1965, 1975, 1950 and from different cities. But all of them have the same structure. Slovak Example: Zväzok: xxxx Ročník: xxxxx Strana: xxxxx Por. Číslo: xxxx je zapísané. English: Volume: xxxx Year:xxxxxx On Page: xxxxx Serial number: xxxxxx the following is recorded Please keep in mind that the same format is used on death certificates as well. Hope you can use this information to help you with your document. Dr. |
