Based on a proven poverty Explanation: bez kolku a poplatku. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 23 mins (2013-06-24 08:33:35 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Mimochodom, úmrtný list je častejšie ako smrtný. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 28 mins (2013-06-24 08:38:28 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Presnejšie povedane, svedectvo chudoby = vysvedcenie chudoby, teda uradne potvrdena listina, ze dotycny nema dostatocny majetok v zmysle zakona, teda ze ide o "socialny pripad". Cize statement of poverty, evidence of poverty alebo declaration of poverty. Alebo nieco tke. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 29 mins (2013-06-24 08:39:43 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- A to chybajuce slovo bude asi vydaného alebo vystaveného. pursuant to an affidavit of indigence Explanation: farským úradom? mestským úradom? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2013-06-24 09:30:29 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- just throwing an idea in there for consideration. Also, I wonder if “bez kolku a poplatku” could be translated simply as “fees waived [pursuant to ]” (i.e. kolok and poplatok combined to make the plural)? Or even “[death] duty and fee waived”. It would be neater than trying to crowbar “stamp” in there somewhere. |
