Now I have noticed that the address is in Prague, CZ..
The translation stands though as they are the same...obviously different institutions in different countries but it is the same meaning and translation one refers to Business register the other to Tax office.

agree  Marta Karchnakova: I was going to disagree but Stuart helped me realise I was wrong.

  -> You're confusing Slovak law (which uniquely has the DIC and IC DPH) with Czech law. This company falls under Czech law, is incorporated and I'm sure must have met the low Czech threshold for VAT. Also, if it does business abroad, this is a VAT number.
