Vod je line, a vrelo se obično prevodi 'spring' ili 'source'. Međutim, u ovom slučaju mislim da je to 'well', ali nisam sigurna. Čini mi se da sam se ranije susretala s tim eng. terminom u tom kontekstu.
No, možda će neko od kolega i koleginica potvdriti ili dati bolji predlog.

neutral  Karletto: There could be steam in this pipes because the text mentions also returning pipeline for condensate (povratnog voda kondezata). Of course condesate is produced from steam cooling down.
