disagree  Almir Comor MITI: zao mi je, ali escrow account je racun za cuvanje sredstava sa posebnom namjenom, npr za osiguranje naplate ili stavljanje garantnog pologa, a ovdje se ustvari radi o obicnom bankovnom racunu preko kojeg se vrsi uplata

  -> u pravu ste, jedino sto smo mi taj "escrow account" na nas jezik prevodili sa "prolazni racun", pa me je to odvelo na pogresan zakljucak. Kad malo bolje pogledam na internetu, jeste, tu se uvijek radi o nekoj specijalnoj namjeni
