Any idea Sherefedine what they actually mean by "poseban staž"? What does it involve if you're not actually working?

I don't think there is an equivalent, according to the link...."dok se poseban staž odnosi na učešće u oružanim akcijama Vojske Jugoslavije, rođenje trećeg deteta i sl." these two instances seem to be "special circumstances". Again I'd translate with a translator's note at the bottom of the page.
