Rundstempel Explanation: Da nedoumica bude još veća: Pečat preduzetnika je definisan odredbama Zakona o pečatu a kasnije i Zakona o preduzetnicima i u skladu sa ovim, praksom i poslovnim običajima pečat preduzetnika mora biti pravougaonog oblika i ne može biti okruglog oblika (pečat za preduzeća).
