Real Decreto / Ley autonómica 16/19 Explanation: En España sería un Real Decreto, tanto si es reglamento, como si no. En el sistema jurídico español, un real decreto es una norma jurídica con rango de reglamento que emana del poder ejecutivo (el Gobierno) y en virtud de las competencias prescritas en la Constitución.
