кожа, кожура epicarpio Explanation: epicarpio: es el término científico. http://espanol.geocities.com/ueb2001/Resumen/botanica/fruto.... Pero coloquialmente no se usa. No encuentro ninguna denominación coloquial general. Piel es la más general, en mi opinión. Se puede utilizar para todo tipo de frutos. Cáscara y corteza se usan preferentemente para limones, naranjas, sandías,etc, no para los de piel fina como manzanas o peras. |
