Magari comunque con più contesto sarebbe stato più semplice scegliere i termini "soprattutto per рассмотрение).
Penso che per МКАС si intenda questo comunque https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Международный_коммерческий_а... (in inglese è ICAC), in italiano non penso ci sia un acronimo corrispondente.
