В своих ответах следователь неоднократно указал, что «в связи с тем, что расследование по уголовному делу № xxxxxx-И в настоящее время продолжается основания, предусмотренные УПК РФ для предоставления Государственной корпорации «Агентство по страхованию вкладов» копий материалов уголовного дела, отсутствуют».

Il manque une virgule après "продолжается".
