Better don't rat Explanation: Свистеть = закладывать (доносить) в тюремном жаргоне. There is no point in seeking logical, meaningful conversation here. It can jump from one subject to another all the time. They spit out anything that comes to mind and seems important, in short, unrelated phrases, and since the companions are on the same level, they do not even stumble over change of subject. It can be as simple as "don't tell anyone that I have booze in the bottle." Or a general comment without any relation to the bottle. A stream of consciousness. |
