conclusion based on the examination Explanation: ("examination" is review of patentability by a government Examiner.) "expert opinion" etc. is 100% wrong because it is never used in patent terminology, except in litigation or the like where an independent non-government expert is called in. The context should make it clear that this is not the case. |
