on-site/mobile escape rooms

Explanation:
Я бы так написал.
We offer on-site/mobile escape rooms to celebrate any occasion (birthdays, office parties, etc.)/We offer escape room adventures for any occasion.
ON-SITE - taking place or available on a particular site or premises (Oxford American Dictionary).
В Канаде такие квесты проводит одна компания (см. ссылку).
Погуглите словосочетание "escape room adventures". Чтобы отграничить от виртуальных квестов в описание добавляют также real-life (пример: https://questfactor.us/blog/live-escape-games/).

Example sentence(s):
  • Apex Escape room is the 1st escape room company in Canada to offer on-site escape rooms as well as 3 unique mobile escape room formats that bring the escape room experience right to you!”

neutral  Vera Klink: As far as I know, the whole point of an escape room is to solve a series of puzzles in order to get out of a locked room. You can't call it an escape room if there is no room to escape. There is no role-playing involved, either.

  -> You're right but not quite. Any quest is based on role playing because you have to work in a team to survive. Besides, the term in question is about quests rather than role-playing stories that you refer to. There is no conflict here.

live action role-playing games/events

Explanation:
I'm assuming these "quests" are live action role-playing games (LARPs) led by a Game Master. These are not very popular in Canada/US, at least not yet. Far more common are escape rooms (see Roman's comment) and Murder Mystery events/dinner theatre/productions. These Murder Mystery events are popular for corporate functions and birthday parties. The show is interactive, all guests are given a role to play, and the "murder investigation" is led along by hired professional actors.

Nevertheless, there are a few companies expanding into the "non-mystery" genre. Here's one example: http://www.darkphoenixevents.com/aboutus

Example sentence(s):
  • In addition to gaming events, we offer fully planned themed party events such as Murder Mysteries and LARPs.
  • A live action role-playing game (LARP) is a form of role-playing game where the participants physically portray their characters
