turnover pivot/pins Explanation: Здесь "раскантовочный" – конечно, от "кантовка" (turnover) – переворачивание груза из одного положения в другое. А не в смысле "обрезка, образование канта" (trimming). Пример: "Корпус контейнера представляет собой толстостенный сосуд, на котором установлены: ... - кантовочные цапфы (поз.№4) для кантовки контейнера...". (К сожалению, рисунок не открывается). http://www.aes.pp.ua/NuclFuel/P11_03.htm Но зато рисунок есть здесь: "На боковых продольных брусьях установлены кантовочные устройства (цапфы) и прикреплены опорные лапы..." https://goo.gl/Dz5k8D Правда, на рисунке почему-то стало "не кантовочные" - думаю, это опечатка.
