Во избежание существенного повышения офтальмотонуса, характерного для периода отмывания предыдущего препарата перед назначением нового, в данном исследовании смену лекарства проводили сразу на базовом визите, а первый визит с оценочной тонометрией назначали спустя 4 нед, когда действие первого препарата заканчивалось.
Второй (финальный) визит осуществляли спустя 12 нед после назначения биматопроста.
Протокол исследования был утвержден на заседании Локального биомедицинского этического комитета ФГБНУ «НИИ ГБ» №52/3 от 19.03.18.
Так как большинство выборочных данных согласовано с нормальным распределением (по критерию Шапиро—Уилка), то для описания количественных данных выборок использовали среднее и стандартное отклонение.
