delivery certificate/report Explanation: Для разграничения сдачи и приемки я бы воспользовался сочетанием acceptance report (если в документе нет слова отчет во избежание путаницы) либо acceptance certificate (акт приема-передачи = приемо-передаточный акт]) в первом случае. Добавлять слово delivery не обязательно. Во втором, как этот случай, - просто delivery report (если в документе нет слова отчет во избежание путаницы)/certificate. У нас, как правило, акты о выполненных работах/услугах не занимают больше страницы, но в зависимости от их объема могут быть и больше. По завершении работ оформляется акт приемки - taking-over certificate.
