Russian term or phrase: п. богучаны
Dear fellow linguists,
Would someone be able to please assist me with the following? п. богучаны - Boguchany is the location of a sawmill site cited in a contract I am translating. It is preceded by a 'п.'. Would anyone happen to know what this stands for? Is it 'prospekt'? Or does it perhaps designate a complex/ site in this context? Please find further context provided below:

"Необходимое количество электроэнергии для проведения комплексного опробивания было определено в вашей таблице "Проект "Краслесинвест!, п. Богучаны, 16.09.2014г."

I would be grateful if anyone could shed any light on this. I think I am missing the obvious!

However, it should be distinguished from село = с. Богучаны which is apparently nearby поселок Богучаны but is a separate administrative unit.

Богуча́ны (от эвенкийского «букачан» — «бугор», «холм», «остров»[3]) — село, административный центр Богучанского района Красноярского края.

P.S. 'Проспект' is usually abbreviated as 'пр-т' or 'пр-кт' to distinguish it from 'проезд' = 'пр.'

P.P.S. Earlier there was also 'пгт' or 'п.г.т.' = 'поселок городского типа', while 'д.' = 'деревня' should be distinguished from 'с.' = 'село' though both are translated 'village' but the difference is that 'село' is not only larger than 'деревня' but more importantly has had a church and is the site of local self-government bodies.
