Hey guys, sorry, but there's not much of a context here, as it is just a list of products to be purchased to maintain a turbine (Техническое задание на открытый запрос предложений по выбору комплекта специальной оснастки для сервисного обслуживания ГТУ AE64.3A), and this device is just one of a whole lot of others on the list. I'll be happy to hear any ideas, as Google doesn't seem to have too many search results for the Russian term.
