I think David's version is OK, but if you wish to stick closer to the original, your version is pretty close, except that it has to be "in", not "on", for the week (but on a specific day in that week, if one is given). Also sounds better to put "approximately" after the preposition here.

во всех обычных бизнес календарях и ежедневниках кроме даты в обычном формате (день месяца, название месяца) указаны также день года и номер недели.
В ежедневной работе в общении никто не говорит календарный или с начала года. просто употребляетс выражение - на такой-то неделе, и так ясно что на 35-ой неделе это на 35-й неделе. всего в году 54 недели, иногда проскакивает 55.

И фраза по телефону или телексу звучит по английски - "the vessel should start her voyage/will arrive at loadport/disport around week 38." "the shipment is planned for week 45" "weeks 23+24 would be ideal if we do not want to risk with the weather conditions" As everybody knows that June is a month with a rather favourable weather.
