All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with this Contract, or fulfilment, breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration carried out by three arbitrators in the International Commercial Arbitration Court with Chamber Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation in Moscow in accordance with regulations of this Court applying the current laws of Russian Federation.
