neutral  Roman Bouchev: В принципе тоже подходит с той лишь разницей, что proposal представляет собой, как правило, тщательно разработанный план в письменном виде в отличие от простого proposition, автор которого пытается узнать мнение потенциальных клиентов. Я так думаю.
