În 96, când s-a apucat de meserie, lucrurile, spune ea, erau extraordinare. "Te duceai la primărie, îţi luai autorizaţie, plăteai taxe şi plecai la muncă. Până prin 2003, când s-a stricat. Ne-a luat ARR-ul.

Am înţeles că ARR-ul se referă la "Autoritatea Rutieră Română".
