Echipamentele fixate pe şine sunt supuse următoarelor condiţii de mediu: temperatură, umiditate, praf, ploaie, zăpadă şi grindină, vibraţii şi şocuri, radiaţie solară.
Toate echipamentele vor respecta prevederile din Standard SR EN 50125 – 3 / 2003 Aplicaţii feroviare. Condiţii de mediu pentru echipamente. Partea 3: Echipament de semnalizare şi telecomunicaţii cu următoarele amendamente:
5.1 Temperatură crescută
Echipament fixat pe şine: +70 °C
Echipament în adăpost: + 50°C
Echipament de interior: + 50°C

M-am gandit la "in house equipment".
M-ar interesa si o sugestie pentru "echipament de interior" si "echipament fixat pe şine"

...clamped on rail equipment este o sugestie pentru echipamentul fixat pe sine. Iar, celelalte doua propuneri cred ca ar fi mai potrivite la echipamentul de interior.

neutral  Sandra & Kenneth Grossman: Indoor inseamna 'intre patru pereti' sau interior si e incorect pt. "adapost". La adapost poate fi la adapost de soare, intemperii, etc. adica "sheltered".
