Master of the Horse, Stable Master
Explanation:
Master of the Horse is known under the name of Stable Master in Germany.

An equerry (pronounced /ˈɛkwərɪ/ or /ɪˈkwɛrɪ/, originated from the French word "écurie" (stable), and related to the French word "écuyer" (squire)) is an officer of honour. Historically, it was a senior attendant with responsibilities for the horses of a person of rank. In contemporary use, it is a personal attendant, usually upon a Sovereign, a member of a Royal Family, or a national representative. They are equivalent to Aides-de-Camp, but the term is specific to the Commonwealth of Nations.

Din cate stiu, Equerry este termenul folosit si acum in tarile din Commonwealth. In Anglia, exista o pozitie Master of the Horse, care este diferita de cea de Equerry.
In trecut, in Europa, se folosea termenul Master of the Horse, iar in Germania Stable Master.

Master of the Horse nu face referire la blazon si se potriveste mai bine pentru celelalte tari europene din afara spatiului britanic.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Desi par a fi sinonime, "equerry" si "master of the horse" nu denumesc aceeasi functie. Amandoua exista in acelasi timp: "equerry": "Sir Peter wrote an autobiography, Sounds From Another Room (1997), which described his interest in UFOs, which began when Equerry to His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh, and a close encounter with an "alien" in London in 1954.' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Horsley "Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother appointed Captain William Jonathan de Rouet, Irish Guards, to be an Equerry to Her Majesty in the room of Major Andrew Charles Burrell MacEwan, Irish Guards from 14th August 1998." http://www.buckinghamcovers.com/shop/signer.php?signer_id=117 "master of the horse" (al 5-lea paragraf de sub prima imagine din articol): http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/columnists/article-490819/QUENTIN-LETTS-The-Queen-looked-delighted-greet-old-despot.html si aici: http://www.royal.gov.uk/TheRoyalHousehold/OfficialRoyalposts/MasteroftheHorse.aspx Care of fi traducerea potrivita pentru perioada Evului Mediu?

The Master of the Horse in the United Kingdom was once an important official of the sovereign's household, though the role is largely ceremonial today. The master of the horse is the third dignitary of the court, and was always a member of the ministry (before 1782 the office was of cabinet rank), a peer and a privy councillor. All matters connected with the horses and formerly also the hounds of the sovereign, as well as the stables and coachhouses, the stud, mews and previously the kennels, are within his jurisdiction.

Stable Master e total gresit caci nu reflecta termenul de tradus iar "Equerry" este mai degraba scutier decat comis cu aprovizionarea cu furaje nu are nici in clin nici in maneca
