on application entered on the Court of Appeal (E&W case) list > (Scots) Rolls > (US) docket Explanation: In England & Wales, the roll might be called a case or cause list. whereas Court Rolls is or are literally used 'North of the Border' in Scotland. Docket is US and a term for a requisitioning etc. slip I came across in the UK in an export and shop retailing context only. Example sentence(s):
